World newspaper is coordinating the Downtown Coos
Bay Wine Walk events the first
Friday of every month during spring, summer and fall.
Each event will benefit different local non-profit service
and arts organizations. The starting location and
participating businesses are all within 4 blocks of The
Coos Art Museum and Egyptian Theatre. Participants
purchase a wine glass for $10 and get a map to allow
them to visit participating businesses between 5-7pm.
There are several businesses participating in the event
and offering wine samples. This event is intended to
bring people out to celebrate all that Downtown Coos
Bay has to offer. For details on starting location
contact Cindy Rawlings at 269-1222 ext 289.
